How to Use the bbold Menstrual Cup

- Find a comfortable position - sitting, squatting, or standing with one leg elevated.
- Gently insert the folded cup into your vagina, directing it toward your tailbone, not straight up.
- Once inside, the cup should pop open. Rotate it slightly or run a finger around the rim to ensure its fully open.
- Check that the cup has created a proper seal by gently tugging on the stem - you should feel slight resistance.
- Enjoy leak-free protection for up to 8-12 hours (depending on your flow and cup size).
Removal Process
- Always wash your hands thoroughly before removal.
- Find a comfortable position - squatting often works best as it shortens the vaginal canal.
- Relax your muscles to make removal easier.
