How to UseHow does it operate and use?
The device runs with two AAA batteries.
Focus the temperature probe on the middle of the forehead and maintain it vertically with a consistent distance of 3-5cm. Press the temperature measurement button, and the temperature will be read and displayed on the LCD screen after 1 second.Operation Steps:
Press the temperature button steps to switch on the device
Go to the Settings option to select the mode (Forehead mode or Object mode).
Review the historic data (up to 20 previous readings).
Press Memory Key to view the older recent records.
Note: The 20 records if for body temperature only.
Wait for 10 mins before use when you switch between body temperature and object temperature mode.
The thermometer shuts off after 10 seconds.How to convert from Centigrade to Fahrenheit and vice versa?
Press and hold the Settings button to set the unit of temperature measurement.
Read the instructions in the manual carefully before use.
Keep the inner cavity of the sensor and probe clean to optimize measurement accuracy.
Clean the sensor surface, inner cavity, or surface with a soft cloth or cotton swab with medical alcohol or water as necessary and wipe it until it evaporates.
Do not immerse the thermometer in any form of liquid.
The device should not be used in sunlight, water, or strong electromagnetic environments.
Avoid reach of children, dropping down or causing damage or disassemble the thermometer.
Do not use the device in extreme hot, wind blowing, sweating, wet skin, makeup, etc. on the forehead or cold environments for a longer period.
It is recommended to wait for 30 minutes to take the measurement after exercise, bathing, or eating.
It is recommended to take the reading from behind the ear.
